  1. FIRST PRACTICE is a programme to help Spanish people
  2. practice for the "First Certificate" exam
  3. in English. There are 9 tests which use the same
  4. format as the reading comprehension section "a". 
  5. There are 10 questions in each test.
  6. When you make an error there is usually an  
  7. explanation to tell you why you are
  8. not correct so you learn by making mistakes.

  10. The programme is also useful to anyone who has
  11. an intermediate knowledge of English.

  13. To start the programme type "firstc" from the 
  14. dos command line.
